CRB Checks for individuals

If you are an individual and required to provide disclosure information to someone or an organisation to whom you will be providing a service:

You will be required to present documents to a Post Office whereThe documents are examined to ensure that they are original and your identity is verified.

The Post Office will charge £5.00 for checking the documents plus postage and return a completed CRB application form to us where it is checked prior to being forward to the Criminal Records Bureau.

All other documents are handed back to you.

Payment of £55.00 will be charged to your credit or debit card using details that you provide. Please note, no refund can be made if the disclosure request is cancelled once the application form has been forwarded to the Criminal Records Bureau.

When the Criminal Records bureau has completed all checks, a disclosure certificate is sent directly to you. A second certificate is sent to us, as the registered umbrella body, which we destroy 7 days after receipt unless you request us in writing to forward it to a third party.
