Requesting a disclosure

Individuals applying for a criminal records disclosure click here

When your organisation requires disclosure information you simply ask the applicant to complete a disclosure application form and present specified documents to the nominated person in your organisation.

The nominated person examines the documentation to ensure that they are original and completes the application form to confirm that they have seen evidence of the identity of the applicant and returns the completed application form to us where it is checked prior to being forward to the Criminal Records Bureau.

On receipt of a request for a disclosure, an invoice will be sent to your organisation along with an "Advance Notice" advising that the relevant charge will be collected from your nominated bank account on or just after the 10th day following your request.

The charges are due on our receipt of the disclosure request form submitted to us by the client organisation and no refund can be made if the disclosure request is cancelled for whatever reason.

When the Criminal Records bureau has completed all checks, a disclosure certificate is sent directly to the applicant. A second certificateis sent to us, as the registered umbrella body, which we then forward to the organisation to aid their recruitment decision.
