Due to an ever increasing demand for our services we are actively seeking to  recruit full and part time personnel to join our established teams of care and support workers.

Penhellis Community Care has achieved the "Investors in People" award in recognition of our commitment to maintaining a well informed, skilled and properly trained workforce.
Carers undertake a full professional training program consisting of 6 weeks induction training and 6 months foundation standards training followed by training to achieve NVQ level 2 within 12 months.
Experienced, qualified carers receive generous rates of pay, favourable conditions of employment and, following a full induction program, are encouraged to take advantage of our specialist training opportunities.

Carers and support workers alike undertake specific training relevant to tasks which they are expected to perform.

Domestic and ancillary workers receive training relevant to their work but are not required to undertake foundation standards or NVQ training.

If you would like to provide a community service but your time is limited or you are unable to commit to a full training program, you may wish to join our team of drivers who deliver meals throughout Cornwall.
