Health and/or social concerns due to disability, advancing years or illness can mean worrying times for individuals, their concerned family and neighbours.
Many people can benefit from regular professional care but prefer living in their own homes as an alternative to moving into residential care.
Penhellis Community Care provides comprehensive domiciliary care services as a real alternative to residential care, and within the resources available we will provide:

• Short-term support during a crisis.
• Help people regain their independence after an illness or spell in hospital.
• Provide long term support to people who can no longer care for themselves.
Provide relief to relatives who care for sick, elderly or disabled people at home.
• Domestic services including the provision of  meals, transport and a laundry service

Services are provided, to older persons and younger disabled adults under contracts through Social Services Departments, Health Authority, the joint Health and Social Services Department Rapid Assessment Teams (RATs) and the private purchaser. We do not provide care services to children.
