Our NVQ courses in Business administration and customer service are workplace based and operated under a "distance learning" scheme, which means that all the candidate's work and knowledge evidence is assessed and verified by post.

We work in partnership with Cornwall College to provide our NVQ courses and candidates will be registred and certificated through either City and Guilds or NCFE awarding bodies.

Following registration, the trainee is provided with a workbook and allocated a personal training advisor who will provide ongoing advice and assistance throughout the term of the course.

The candidate sends written evidence of their work and knowledge to their appointed personal training advisor who will assess their work and verify that it has been completed satisfactorily.

On satisfactory completion of all units our internal verifier will confirm that the course has been completed and the successful candidate will be issue with a nationally recognised certificate.
