Understanding and Dealing with Adult Abuse

Recent CSCI inspection reports have identified that many registered domiciliary care providers do not meet the national standard with regard to training their staff in relation to understanding and dealing with adult abuse.

We have therefore developed a course in the form of a full day group session “Understanding and Dealing with Adult Abuse” led by our certified trainer.

Sessions are organised at our training centre in Helston, subject to demand. Tea and coffee is available from a vending machine and trainees are requested to provide a packed lunch.

Sessions for a minimum of 6 can also be arranged at a place of your choosing.

Successful completion of this course by your employees will assist your organization to comply with both health and safety regulations and National Care Standards, but as certification is provided by Ultimate Training and not the NCFE you should check with your CSCI inspector that they are happy to accept certification as proof of competence.
