Induction training Health and Social Care

A 6 week induction course is a statutory requirement for all health and social care workers.

We provide this course in the form of a workbook reflecting the common Induction Standards required by the Skills for Care training strategy “Modernising the Social Care Workforce” published by Topss England.

Whilst the workbook provides all the necessary information and standards the candidatete's work is assessed by their workplace supervisor over a 6 month period.

The pack includes a certificate which can be issued by workplace supervisor on successful completion of the course.
